As each day/week goes buy, I think the stock becomes much more attractive.
In fact the last month has been a key period for this company, in my view.
Why say that...in view of no company announcement from the Company. etc in recent times.
Reason is - its becoming very apparent that the price of zinc is not going back to that pre March level. In fact just about every possible negatitive has been thrown up, to lower zinc pricing in the last six or so weeks, and yet the price is just off that US$1.70 per lb high pop.
At around that $1.55 zinc price, ZFX can easily pay back some $2 pa per share in dividends. 5,000 million shares at $2 OR $1 billion PA stills has the company with much surplus cash.
Strong and attractive opportunity here for all investors who have the most basic understanding of fundamental research. The extra good thing is, this possible 20% yield is very close to becoming reality.
