Good questions about taxes and corporate. I recall that RED has a Philippines tax holiday until 2015. Can't find the details, but Evans and Bell reports have zero tax until 2015 or 2016.
As for corporate, my understanding is that total is "total" no matter where the cost originates. I searched several sources and they don't differentiate location (e.g. Cdn gold companies doing business elsewhere). I could be wrong, but even gold site definitions don't have separation of cost location.
As always, please check info yourself. Several eyes reviewing facts improves accuracy.
