I dont think a dividend is likely to be paid within the next two years; any free cash flow would more likely be invested in expanding production...
Remember the dividend / capital return idea was proposed before the capital raising. The environment has changed markedly since then and wise management will be keeping their powder dry so to speak.
At 1.40 RED is 'nicely' valued... if you are purchasing that is.
