hemphill - I agree a solid company with good fundamentals. IMO a new CEO identifying new opportunities may be a negative not a positive. In order to make his mark he may push the company down the wrong track, when a "steady as she goes" approach may be better.
Also the Company has no debt, so I'm not sure where you have got your net debt/ equity ratio.
I don't perceive the CEO leaving as the huge negative that Mr Market does, so to me it is an outstanding buy at today's prices
