dividend yield

I was looking at this stock, and saw them get hammered after the ACCC fine. The interim dividend subsequently dropped from 17c to 10c. At their current price, if the dividend goes back up to 17c that will represent a yield of about 8%. Pretty impressive. There doesn't seem any reason why this won't happen.
    Does anyone have any thoughts?
