With unemployment going up there is no question that property prices will come under pressure, just a question of magnitude. Given the recent falls in this one, the market is saying earnings will be down, which is right but by how much?

At this level, a lot has been priced in already but doesn't mean it can't get worse.

This is the 'fog of investing', we won't have clearer clarity until the year end accounts are released in august.
The flip side of the coin, if dividends are maintained and the market gains confidence that the 6c a share fully franked dividend will continue to be paid, then the share price should trade significantly above current levels.
