I'm with Susie on this one. I expect there will be a dividend but also expect that creative accounting will keep it as small as possible and use available funds to repay debt. I'd be happy with that as repaying debt is as good a return via value in the SP as would be a dividend payment. Bear in mind there are no franking credits with CER dividends.
What I want to see is a property value increase and a balance sheet that shows the company is now financially sound.
