dividend is almost covered by eps even with high single figure ebitda reduction then plus free cash flow of 4.5 to 5b it also excludes potential US800k sou fun ipo.unless i misunderstood cfo during q&a after fy10 report said 28 fy11 can b fully franked but said if board decided to increase dividend may not b fully franked.maybe i misunderstood any comments
