Joewolf, 2011 wasn't a bad year, 2011 was a disastrous year. Cash flow was strong and COR was still well below 100 which all things considered, was an excellent result and vindicates QBE's overall diversified strategy. APRA would not allow the USD 500 million in question to count towards reserves, so has to be changed from debt to equity I believe.
