I saw Mike Young a in April at the WA mining club lunch where he held a presentation and was quite impressed by his views and approaches. I think he is one of the modern managers who understand how to encourage people through visions and recognition. At the time I didn't look into investing (I'm overexposed to Iron Ore, lucky anyway considering SP since April) but now it caught my eye again. Will take a closer look into the fundamentals.
