Hi Roboshan,

I think 1c annually is a fair expectation of the dividend. I am not expecting much in the way of franking credits. On my numbers, COO has only paid $176k of tax in the Dec 14 quarter, which is virtually nothing across 254m shares.

My channels checks suggest that an uplift from the budget will not be material either. I'm looking forward to the company's first presentation (expected to accompany the full year results), particularly the sales trends, whether the eCommerce business will be sold, new revenue initiatives in the pharmacy business and an update on the M&A activity.
