Agreed 8th Wonder with you dividend assessment. No uplift expectations this past financial year unless there's been a strong demand for hardware upgrades over the last 6 weeks (delivered or prepaid for immediate benefit). Not sure we can know the full tax paid position and degree of franking available for the final dividend but interim was 30% franked.
While there has been some speculation the e-commerce division may be up for sale, the appointment of separate MDs for the two divisions goes in the face of this. Do you need a specific MD appointment to have this his sole purpose and be paid $400k plus pa for the task.
So the full year report and the AGM should be very definitive on several fronts and hopefully with news on a possible cash generating acquisition hopefully bedded down by then. Treading water I am sure is not on the agenda of the new Board.
