    Value of an asset is the income it can produce. People seem to forget that. Basic law of economics. Business is run to make a profit to be distributed to the owners. ASX companies same same.

    Ill put a dividend in my pocket any day. You were all up 1c per share a week or so ago. Capital growth disappears faster than it comes.
