Thanks for a sensible response. So what happens when these contracts expire, and A2 patents expire? Will Synlait and Fonterra then be able to sell a2a2 IF and milk under their own label? It might make more sense for them to do so, because they wouldn't have to pay A2 for the brand name. I suppose the main issue here is the nature of the patents. I think the main ones expire in 3 years or so-don't hold me to the exact date. And some are good for another 10-15 years. Do you know?
