arain1234 - your post does not take into consideration numerous positive processes that have been well and truly discussed in this forum.
For starters, the majority of patents do not expire until 2030+ and by then A2M will have well and truly established a very deep moat around the brand on a global basis.
Your concern regarding Synlait and Fonterra may have some legs, but you have to ask the question why have they joined with A2M to help us globalise? The answer is that they can't do its alone.
You need to do more research before talking about issues that seemingly you don't know about.
