To Independent Directors....

We are now approaching 3 weeks since the dividend was deferred pending receipt of a binding offer. Now, if it was days away I can understand, but as time has passed it does raise a key question.

Are the board (or least independent directors) working for shareholders or the bidder? With the passing of time and continual missing of deadlines the time has come to declare the dividend. Remember it relates to 6 month period ending 31 Dec 2018! Let's not dress any offer up (if it ever comes) with a dividend for a period that ended 2.5 months ago.

Starting to get rather frustrated with process and bending over for this bidder that first put forward an indicative offer in Sept. It better be a significantly improved offer otherwise some real questions get raised about dividend declaration process.
