If I am the CFO, the distribution would never be greater than 50% of NPAT and it is likely to be lower than 3 cents for now given that it is the first year that they made a profit. The fact that they are considering a distribution means that they are very confident that their revenue will continue to grow. It would be interesting to see what their guidance is for next year. I do not expect 3c distribution but it would be a bonus if they do.

Must have missed the official word from company about dividend, still think it's a bit early and not expecting it, but it would be a bonus if they do.
