Agree that MLT (and BKI) performance has not been great, especially when one considers the success of other Millner 'group' companies like SOL and BKW.
However MLT performance may be on the up as companies resume (or in some cases increase) dividends. Notably, in the last couple of years MLT reduced its exposure to the banking sector that was contributing to its performance being weaker.
