There's a range of forecasts out there but personally I was expecting 50c until the profit warning a few weeks ago when I downgraded in my mind to 35c. I would think most analysts were thinking similarly allowing that ZFX would retain as much capital as possible for acquisition purposes. There no reason for AGM acquisition to dilute as ZFX will be paying cash for it and the acquisition should, in time, be accretive to earnings as ZFX has the capacity to extract additional earnings out of AGM due to proximity in Tas.
