    I'm touched by your love too. And to some degree I share it..... ok..... I'm averaged at 50.5 so am running approx level..... I wouldn't feel the love if I was averaged over 90c for example.....

    Anyhow to the point - for cnp shareholders the dividends is the whole deal. It is a potentially income producing company for its shareholders. Last year div was 40c/share. In very basic terms if half the company is sold off to pay the debts then that leaves the other half to produce income - i.e. 20c div/share.... which would mean that the current sp grossly undervalues the company. Or is that too simplistic?
