    The good doctor... you are confusing EBTIDA with NPAT
    they never forcast NPAT of 13m

    According to the orginal prospectus in Oct/Nov 07

    the numbers are:
    PROFORMA CONSOLIDATED
    Revenue : $67.6m
    EBITDA : $11.3m
    NPAT: $7.6m


    IN February CQU upgraded EBITDA to $13.2m
    and in June they downgraded it back to $10.3-11.3m

    Net effect... very little

    Dont know where you get $5m from... perhaps the cashflow....
