"It is the intention of the directors to make regular, half yearly dividend payments to shareholders subject to available profits, working capital requirements and the level of borrowings.
Under normal circumstances, an amount in the order of 60% - 70% of the company’s full year net profit after tax will be made available for distribution, with the balance being retained to fund on-going growth. Dividends will be franked to the maximum extent available."
