Qantas hasnt paid a dividend for a while , i see that certain brokers are forecasting a dividend in 2025 of 30c with the price of the share being $6.11... The SP is obviously a lot higher at the moment. Theres a lot smarter people then me on here so what I would like to know is No.1 why a dividend next year and No2 . If the SP is higher then forecast does that mean a higher dividend? please be kind i'm trying to learn
