No its not true simply because they have not announced it and won't for at least another 4 or 5 months.
I am not saying they won't announce a final dividend as they have done in the past.
However, in this "Bear" market don't assume anything.
What i am more interested in which i would expect anyone who is planning on holding past the Record Date is the DRP which offers a further discount.

What got me intrigued apart from the 3.5cent dividend was when i discovered they offer a DRP (Dividend Reinvestment Plan)with a 5% discount attached if you were to take up the DRP rather than cash. They average it out over the previous 4 sessions and then deduct the 5% of the price for the DRP entitlement.
Ex Dividend Date 20/3. Record date is the 26/3 and Payable on the 9/4.
