There are some issues with your statement. What do you mean by "loyalty of shareholders" Do you mean the ones on the register for 2 days, the ones that held when the stock was 40c, the ones that bought when the stock was 40c, the ones that were OXR shareholders.? I do not think the board can differentiate with paying some shareholders and not others.

I have to agree with nursery, there are no franking credits, and will not be for a while, as losses are carried forward. IMO, doing a share buyback is a better way of rewarding shareholders.
