typically, share price of a company will rise to the bid/offer price and wont move unless there is a higher offer/bid. the share price would then rise to the new, higher bid/offer price.
if MIN share price happens to take off, that might create interest for investors to buy into atlas @ 3 cents as a way to get MIN shares at a discounted rate. but i highly doubt that would happen.
