Gold price continues to fall and A$ has strengthened last day or so. Quarterly also shows significant reduction on gold output versus prior quarter, ( Higginsville from 45K to 36K with average gold price down from $1452 to $1394 and cash op cost up from $800 to $875. This resulted in EBITDA cash op surplus falling from $29.5m in the prior quarter to this quarter at only $18.7m). Tin did show some improvement but clearly the gold result was disappointing. We need the Nickel potential to be realised moving forward. Hopefully the Nickel price will continue with upward trend and then we will see the sp shoot up.
