dividends - how much and when?

I think it was Kawartha who mentioned the likelihood of dividends in the not too distant future.

From my idle speculation and the informed opinions on this website, I came up with the idea that they could make 10 million profit in the coming year if the upgrades and acquisitions bed in nicely. The cash from the options is to be used to pay for the last purchase and they have no tax to pay for some time. The upgrades are about $1.5 million.

So, they have 3 million from the options, 10 milion in profits and spend something like 5 million. How much of the 8 million left would they be likely to give back to the owners?

A $5 million disbursement would equate to about 1 cent per share if I have my decimal points right. If you project a 20 cent sare price that is a 5% dividend - not bad.

Anybody have any more informed speculation as to the liklihood or the amount?
