There is no gaurantee in life for any thing including super - this is one of the most complex taxation items with the income tax rules the worst to follow and understand.
Hope you people have seen the tax review committee report yeaterday on the financial review.
Looks like the labour govt wants to tamper with negative gearing, dividend imputations, super tax concessions and capital gains exemptions.
So anything is possible, especially if you have more than 1.5 million in super
