    Yep- it's in that 345 page light reading merger doc. Would they declare say a 1c interim? The merged Beach would have about 1.89b shares on issue so they'd have to stump up about $19m less the DRP ones. I wouldn't rule out a dividend. Would come in handy for me anyway.
