Dividends + Price

Hey All, I have noticed despite the price of oil being at almost an almost 5-year high our share price is much lower than it used to be. Is this share likely to rise much beyond its current price? Are we all wasting our time? I know there were some problems with contract swapping but has this not filtered through yet? Does anyone know about dividends either? This board seems to have gone fairly quiet. I am trying to decide if I should sell my shares and look for higher growth elsewhere?. Any comments or suggestions would be really welcomed.
