Nah, it's just common sense that elders will take a minimum of 1 year from when they get their act together to turn enough of a profit to pay distributions on eldpas. And then it'll be about a year after that if the money keeps coming in before they pay the FPOs.
It's a sad sad picture to look at the 5-year chart on eld.
