ABY has not declared interim dividends in the past, they have always declared final dividend.
Also in Sep / Oct, CU was trading at around $3.20cents and Euro crisis was having a huge negative sentiment in the market. This could have held the directors in declaring an interim.
We can expect a minimum of 8cents (very conservative estimate) in my opinion.
