Just thinking aloud.
Whilst I along with all luv a F/F Div, how would we go having a modest div paid, paying off as much debt as poss. Then going forward the interest payments that we now don't have to pay could be added to the expected div's.
This would then allow Mgment to pay bumper div's and the SP could shoot up, as alot of us are LT holder, the future should look pretty good.
but then again what would i know
