    The key for SBB is dividends.It won't matter who is on the board or how good the company appears unless they show shareholders cold hard cash.Once they announce a payment of a dividend I believe confidence will be shown by the market.Is there a timeline of commentary about dividends?Has the company paid what they said they would pay in dividends?
