    Hi, does anyone know if you are a Chinese business man who floats a company on the ASX. If paying dividends is an effective way of getting capital out of the country? Or is there restrictions on this if you are a Chinese resident. It wouldn't make sense for there to be restrictions and it makes plenty of sense using it as a mechanism to get money off shore.
