I agree with what you and elpha are saying. Lots of people just look at growth figures in the figures they public a 2 or 3x p/e and get excited. No matter what problems people point out re: corporate governance some people only like to look at the business through rose coloured glasses.

Only part I disagree with in your post is about whether it's a speccy. Investors are speculating on a dividend in the short-term and the CEO's willingness to act in minority shareholders interest longer-term. Also speculating that the numbers are legit and the cash stays in the bank.

I think this is a punter's stock in the next month (try to guess the div) and train-wreck long-term.
