I think this is a punter's stock in the next month (try to guess the div) and train-wreck long-term.
That's a very big call ultrabook without even seeing the end of year results you've declared the company dead and buried ouch.
I'm making no call on medium to long term without first seeing those end of year results that's to far into the future for my crystal ball at this stage.
