    Sbb is in building up a business....investing in New Sales Outlets....70 stores today 500stores evenutally....they are not in Capital Management mode.....even a Dividend would be to just keeping the faith on there IPO .......rather than they wanting to give money to Shareholders.....at this stage anyways..

    Onwards and upwards to increase the number of outlets...

    But yeah I have been wrong before...
