Invest long-term in a company with poor corporate governance at your own peril I guess. Remember this is China, CEOs extract lots of value from companies in ways OTHER than the share price.

Btw, not sure how amazon is kicking ass when it made losses in 8 of the last 10 quarters, is down 27% yoy and trades at a forward p/e of 350x.
