    What do other investors think?

    Why do these businesses that are racking up Capital losses for the shareholders pay dividends and make us pay tax on income account and incur capital losses which cant be offset against other income?

    Its very frustrating having to pay tax on a business making capital losses which also has significant debt and could need to raise capital in the future.
