Who are you expecting to be most likely to launch a T/O?
I see MIN as most likely and now API are on the radar, FMG unlikely but possible. Any others?
I think BCI has enough significant holders in the top 20 to effectively block any predatory (low-ball) bid so I personally can't see a T/O being put to holders unless it's very appealing.
