I agree even if they cut the dividend back to say 26c from 31c, which would be the lowest dividend since 2004, at $4.16 its still on a 6.2%yield, still better than bank interest.
Im not a buyer yet, if it falls below $4, I think $3.80 is a good chance personally, I will be in for my fair share.
