A maximum of 50% of net profits permitted subject to A$30 million in cash being held by the
Issuer post such a distribution and no dividends allowed prior to 31 December 2018.
Latest financial year report didn't expect commissioning of the plant until 3rd quarter of 2018 neither lone receiving payment from first shipment which may not be til 2019+
