They won't be paying dividends until they are in the black. You don't go black when you start production.
Once Stage 1 starts it has to be paid off.
Once it is paid off, Stage 2 has to be paid off.
Once that is paid off, Mt Fransisco (may need) to be paid off.
There won't be any divies for quite some time.
