Was looking through CIP dividend returns over the last few yrs and noticed that the returns are getting smaller year on year yet the company is expanding its portfolio. Seems a bit strange and I wonder why the returns are not increasing over time?
Obviously there is growth in the stock price so that is not to be disregarded and is a preferable way to make money but the question remains
I am going to call CIP tomorrow to query IR but does anyone with knowledge have an insight they would like to share as to why?
