Is it just me or is this company setting itself up to start...

Is it just me or is this company setting itself up to start paying dividends? With cash in the bank, the recent sale of the infrastructure assets. This could be a nice little cash cow with dividends starting soon enough. The share price will look after itself if that’s the case. If you talk value investing and forget the noise, then this really does ticks the boxes in my opinion.I’d be happy with a 4-5% pa return on investment over the next 3 or 4 years whilst the housing mess and general markets cool. Not sure what anyone else thinks? Just thinking out loud. All IMO and DYOR
