the average salary in Australia is $85 000 at the moment. factor that into the equation and you can get a rough idea of my holdings.
half of the average wage = 42 500
dividend at 1 cent
shares required to make $42500 from 1 cent dividend would be 4 250 000.
i dont earn the average Australian wage, and the above is just an example.
