    I would guess 20c all up. I calculate this via:

    $100M (max) to be returned to 500M SH (with all options converted) = .2 = 20c.

    This is both divedend and in-specie distribution or w/e it is.

    I could be missing something however as I also do not get 90c cash backing a share with all options converted, as the West stated.

    I think 47c is dreaming but hope I am wrong ha ha ha.
