It makes ZERO sense to be paying dividends while raising finance through equity. This is especially the case when there are no franking credits to be had. If you want a decent dividend yield go elsewhere as NIC is unlikely to provide that in the near term. (though Bell Potter think otherwise)
NIC is pouring money into future growth rather than paying sizable dividends today.
